In 1982, Cosimo Riccio founded Cosimo Riccio S.p.A., and in 1990, together with his sons, he established Acro S.p.A., which soon became a key player in the distribution of upholstery and interior textile products across Southern Italy.
In 2005, Acro Texture S.p.A. was launched, headquartered at the Nola Interport.
